After noticing my ever increasing gut earlier in the day, and the fact that almost everyone around me appears to be losing weight, I finally decided to lose weight and get fit. I've tried diets and gyms and work out plans and the like, however never really stuck to any of it as I found it very hard to get motivated for longer than a couple of days, so i set about creating a blog. Not for anybody to see, but rather just for me. To keep tabs on what I'm doing.
So it's 2:30 am at the moment. I plan on staying up a bit longer, planning my next couple of days, and handling anything i may, in time, see as an excuse to slip back into the lazy, disgusting lifestyle that i lead at the moment.
I will weigh myself on Friday the 20th of April 2012 and every Friday thereafter.
